HOW TO PREPARE PROTEIN POWDER AT HOME. ๐ ๐ก
Protein powder can be easily made at home ๐ with healthy ingredient.
Ingredients to use
Nuts ๐ฅ, seeds, makhana, ๐ roasted Bengal grams or bhuna channa , and sattu. You can also add peanuts to this.
Dry roast these ingredients, one by one , in an iron pan.
Make sure ๐๐ to keep the flame ๐ฅ of the burner medium ๐ or low ๐ so that nothing gets burned.
Dry roast them till they are aromatic
Once ๐ done ๐ ✅ , transfer them to separate Bowl ๐ฅฃ๐ or trays.
Let them cool ๐๐ down ๐๐ properly
YOU can also check ✔️✅ if they are done ๐ or not by eating them. Well roasted ๐ stuff will be easier to munch.
Now add the ingredients all at a time, to a mixer grinder and make a fine powder.
Once ๐ done ๐✅, transfer it to an airtight jar.
Dehydrated Vegetables
You can also dehydrate green ๐๐ vegetables like peas, spinach etc and add to protein powder
