 HOW TO PREPARE PROTEIN POWDER AT HOME. ๐Ÿ  ๐Ÿก


Protein powder can be easily made at home ๐Ÿ  with healthy ingredient.


                      Ingredients to use

Nuts ๐Ÿฅœ, seeds, makhana, ๐Ÿ  roasted Bengal grams or bhuna channa , and sattu. You can also add peanuts to this.


Dry roast these ingredients, one by one , in an iron pan.


Make sure ๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ˜Š to keep the flame ๐Ÿ”ฅ of the burner medium ๐Ÿ”‰ or low ๐Ÿ”… so that nothing gets burned.


        Dry roast them till they are aromatic


Once ๐Ÿ”‚ done ๐Ÿ‘ ✅ , transfer them to separate Bowl ๐Ÿฅฃ๐Ÿœ or trays.


 Let them cool ๐Ÿ†’๐Ÿ˜Ž down ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿ‘Ž properly 


YOU can also check ✔️✅ if they are done ๐Ÿ‘ or not by eating them. Well roasted ๐Ÿ  stuff will be easier to munch.


Now add the ingredients all at a time, to a mixer grinder and make a fine powder.


Once ๐Ÿ”‚ done ๐Ÿ‘✅, transfer it to an airtight jar.

               

                    Dehydrated Vegetables 

You can also dehydrate green ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ vegetables like peas, spinach etc and add to protein powder
